The main shaft of the conditioning unit is equipped with adjustable conditioning conveying blades, allowing the material to undergo a pre-ripening process before entering the extrusion chamber, ensuring that the material and water (or water vapor) in the conditioning unit can be well mixed and conditioned;The parameters such as steam volume, feeding speed, mold hole size, etc. can be adjusted precisely to control the density, moisture content, and maturation degree of the finished product, ensuring stable product quality. Through steam conditioning (the core of the wet process), the feed raw materials are fully gelatinized, improving the nutritional digestibility, while also sterilizing, detoxifying, conditioning and improving the quality, avoiding cross-contamination throughout the process.
