Dollar EXP140G Series 90kw Dry Extruder

The main power of this extruder is 90kw, the feeding power is 0.75kw, the cutting power is 2.2kw. It can produce 0.85-1.1 tons per hour. The machine weighs 2200kg.

It has an independent oil cooling system: through precise temperature control and efficient heat dissipation, it enhances the performance of the equipment from multiple aspects such as lubrication protection, energy consumption control, and production stability.

It can be fed by variable frequency separately, and an additional bypass device can form a high-efficiency system of "precise control + stable guarantee".

The new design has enhanced the bearing capacity of the main shaft for thrust and torque. The thrust bearing uses original German products.

The specially designed feeding section enables the material to smoothly enter the extrusion section, ensuring no blockage or backflow.

The machine cavity can form a high-temperature (usually 110-180°C) and high-pressure environment, which can effectively kill harmful substances such as bacteria and insect eggs in the raw materials, improving the hygiene and safety of the feed.

The automation level is high. It uses mechanical transmission and electrical control to achieve continuous production, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.
